Didier D'Abreu

biography

After studying in Philosophy and History in São Paulo and Paris, Didier D'ABREU is working as a producer and editor, while continuing to develop and direct his proper movies. His first short films (DONA MORTE, PAR CE CHEMIN DESCENDENT LES OMBRES) has been screened in international festivals such as the Festival du Nouveau Cinéma (Montreal), Janela Internacional do Cinema (Recife), Festival Tous-Courts (Aix-En-Provence), Anthology Film Archives (New York), Festival Internacional de Curtas-Metragens (São Paulo), etc. He is currently finalising editing his first feature documentary, REPÉRAGES POUR UN FILM EN AMAZONIE, and he is working on the development of his first fiction film, MONUMENT VALLEY, co-written and co directed with Antoine Barraud.
